Loadbearing masonry construction, incorporating suspended concrete floors at ground and first floor levels. Reinforced concrete ground beams and isolated mass concrete foundation bases were utilised to overcome problematic ground conditions due to shrinkability of clay subsoil and close proximity of large existing trees.
